At CheapSocialBooster, we strive to provide efficient and high-quality digital services. This Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which users can request order cancellations.
1. Cancellation Eligibility
- Users can request an order cancellation only after 48 hours from the date of purchase.
- Some services may take longer than expected due to system updates, platform delays, or high demand. In such cases, we advise users to wait until the service is completed.
2. Non-Cancellable Orders
- Orders that have already been delivered or processed cannot be canceled.
- Certain services that require manual processing may not be eligible for cancellation once they are in progress.
3. Cancellation Process
- To request a cancellation, users must contact our support team with their order ID and reason for cancellation.
- Our team will review the request and inform the user about eligibility and further steps.
4. Refund for Canceled Orders
- If an order is approved for cancellation, the refund will be credited as balance to the user’s CheapSocialBooster account, which can be used for future orders.
- We do not process refunds to original payment methods.
5. Service Delays
- Some services may take longer than expected due to external factors. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, you may request a status update instead of canceling.
- Orders in progress cannot be canceled unless they remain undelivered after 48 hour.
